How to confirm your email

Ples sends a confirmation message after you create an account. You cannot sign in until that address is confirmed.

Steps

Open your inbox

Look for a message from Ples (info@e.ples.com) with a confirmation link.

Click the link

The link confirms the address and lets you sign in.

Resend if needed

If nothing arrives, open the confirmation screen in Ples and choose resend. Also check spam and promotions folders.

Team invitations skip this step. If you joined from an invite, go straight to sign in.

If the message still does not arrive, see Email is not arriving.

Find mail from info@e.ples.com and check spam for confirmation, OTP, and alerts.
