How to export a links report

Export Monitored Links as Excel or PDF. The file uses the same filters, search, and sort you have on Monitored Links.

Steps

Open Monitored Links

Go to app.ples.com/links. You need Links Table view permission.

Filter the table

Apply domain, status, tag, contact, indexing, or disavow filters so the export matches what you want to share.

Choose Excel or PDF

Open the export menu and pick Excel or PDF. Ples downloads the file from /links-export.

The spreadsheet and PDF include status, URL, target, anchor, LQS, and the authority metrics on the table.

Exports are rate-limited. If you see a wait message, pause and try again shortly.

For a client named David, filter to their domain first so the PDF only includes that property.

Download a per-domain disavow file in GSC format and upload it in Search Console.
