Google Search Console accepts one disavow file per property. Ples exports in that format from Disavow.

Steps

Open Disavow

Go to app.ples.com/disavow. You need Disavow view permission.

Select a domain

Filter to the property you will upload in GSC. Google expects one site at a time — Ples will not download a mixed-domain file.

Click Export

Open Export Disavow List. Complete the Cloudflare Turnstile check, then download the file.

Upload in Google Search Console

Open the Google Search Console Disavow Links Tool, choose the same property, and upload the file.
The export includes the domain, subdomain, and URL entries on your Ples list for that property. It does not change rankings by itself — Google applies the file after you upload it.
Only upload a file for a site you own in Search Console. Review the list before you export.
